Delete your Snaffla account
You can delete your account in the app or request deletion without installing it.
Delete it yourself
Log in to Snaffla, open Settings → Account → Delete account, and confirm. This cancels your subscription and permanently removes your account, saved searches, inventory, community posts, notification tokens and uploaded photos.
Request deletion by email
From the email address registered to your account, email info@snaffla.com with the subject “Snaffla account deletion”. If you cannot access that email address, contact us so we can verify ownership another way. We will confirm ownership before deleting the account and reply when completed. Never send your password.
What may be retained
Payment and invoice records required for tax, legal or fraud-prevention purposes may remain with our payment provider for the applicable legal retention period. Anonymised aggregate usage figures do not identify you. See our privacy policy.
